Private House in Pirita

Private residence - interior concept, spatial planning, custom furniture and implementation.

This private house in Pirita was conceived as a cohesive home where architecture, furniture, materials and light form one continuous environment.

The project began with the organisation of space and the way the house would be experienced in everyday life. Rather than treating each room separately, the interior was developed as a sequence of connected spaces, with clear sightlines, recurring materials and carefully designed transitions creating a sense of continuity throughout the home.

Custom furniture became an important part of the architecture. Built-in elements were designed not simply as storage, but as part of the spatial composition, helping to define rooms, organise everyday functions and maintain a calm visual language.

The material palette combines warm natural surfaces with darker graphic elements and carefully placed contrasts. Wood, stone, soft textiles and black accents give the interior depth while keeping the overall atmosphere restrained and comfortable.

Throughout the project, the focus remained on creating a home with character that still feels natural to live in - considered in its details, functional in everyday use and visually connected from one space to the next.
